  • Your first step in your journey at Viva Active is a one-on-one session with your coach designed to understand exactly where you’re starting from.

    We look at your movement, strength, mobility and overall capacity through a series of structured exercises to establish clear baselines. This allows us to track meaningful progress over time, not guesswork.

    Using advanced EMG technology through our partnership with Inara, we’re able to assess muscle activation and movement quality in a way that goes beyond what the eye can see. This gives us a deeper understanding of how your body is working and where improvements can be made.

    This session is also about you. We take the time to understand what matters most to you, whether that’s building strength, improving endurance, or simply getting started with confidence.

    You’ll be introduced to the studio environment, guided through equipment, and supported through any uncertainty that comes with starting something new.

    By the end of this session, you’ll have a clear understanding of your current ability and the foundation for a structured plan moving forward.

  • This is where we turn your assessment into a clear, structured plan.

    In this one-on-one session, we map out exactly what you’re working towards over the next 9 weeks and how you’re going to get there. Your goals, lifestyle, training preferences and constraints are all taken into account to create something realistic and sustainable.

    We introduce you to the Viva Active app, where everything is organised in one place. Your training, nutrition, habits and key metrics are all tracked so you always know where you stand.

    With integrated nutrition tracking and performance data, we’re able to guide and adjust your plan as you go, ensuring you stay on track without overcomplicating the process.

    You’ll leave this session with a clear strategy, defined habits, and a system that keeps you accountable both inside and outside the gym.

    This isn’t guesswork or short-term motivation. It’s a structured approach designed to build long-term results.

  • Nutrition is integrated into your overall plan, not treated as a separate add-on.

    During your onboarding, we take the time to understand your current eating habits, lifestyle and what you realistically want to change. From there, we build a structured approach that fits into your day rather than disrupts it.

    Using the Viva Active app, your nutrition is tracked, guided and adjusted in a simple, practical way. You’ll have access to tools that make consistency easier, not more complicated.

    We focus on building sustainable habits around food, helping you improve body composition, energy and overall health without extreme restrictions.

    Your coach works with you to refine your approach over time, ensuring it evolves as your goals and routine change.

    This isn’t about perfect dieting. It’s about creating a system you can actually follow long term.

    Outside of your sessions, your coach remains connected to your progress through the Viva Active app, providing guidance and accountability as you move through your plan.

    During staffed hours, you have access to the studio to complete your own training or follow the program designed for you by your coach. This allows you to build consistency outside of your coached sessions while staying aligned with your plan.

    Coaches are present on the floor to provide guidance, answer questions and ensure you’re training with confidence and intent.

    You’re not left to figure things out alone, but you’re also not restricted to scheduled sessions.

    Your coach uses the app to guide, adjust and hold you accountable between sessions, ensuring your plan stays aligned with your goals as you progress.
